  • Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package when returning the item(s).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after the return is processed.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
